The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position.  墨首位左翼總統上任 彭斯、伊凡卡抵墨前使館爆炸

墨西哥首位左派總統羅培茲，1日宣誓就職，多國領袖到場祝賀，美國派副總統彭斯與第一千金參加祝賀，但在他們抵達前，墨西哥第2大城瓜達拉哈拉的美國領事館，卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，幸好沒人受傷。

在國會議員的歡呼聲中，墨西哥新任總統羅培茲，上台宣誓就職。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我宣誓盡全力守護墨西哥合眾國的憲政。」

65歲的羅培茲是墨西哥這70年來，第1位選出的左派總統，儘管挾著高人氣，在全國一片歡欣鼓舞的氣氛中上任，羅培茲的總統任期，卻挑戰重重，面臨國家長期貧困、貪汙腐敗與幫派暴力嚴重等問題，民眾都期待他能帶來真正的改革。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我再次保證不欺騙、不偷竊、不會背叛墨西哥人民 ！」

墨西哥新總統上任，各國領袖都來祝賀，委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛，出席羅培茲就職典禮，卻引發墨國民眾抗議，在國會高舉布條標語，不歡迎獨裁者蒞臨。而美國派出副總統彭斯與第一千金伊凡卡，到場祝賀。

美國副總統彭斯：「國土安全部長將留下來繼續與墨國新政府對話，希望能達成協議，允許美國在處理庇護申請時，難民能留在墨西哥。」

只是美國駐墨西哥瓜達拉哈拉領事館，前一晚卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，外牆炸出40公分大洞，雖然沒人受傷，但嫌犯逃逸無蹤，而且時機敏感，就在彭斯與伊凡卡抵達之前，看來墨西哥想改善暴力治安，只怕長路迢迢。

 限塑救地球！法國擬禁非再生塑膠包裝

法國生態部長普瓦爾松表示，為遏止店家以非再生塑膠包裝商品，當局明年將祭出懲罰制度。此舉是法國2025年全面使用再生塑膠計畫的一環，料將增加以非再生塑膠包裝的商品成本。

普瓦爾松（Brune Poirson）12日表示，此舉是未來幾年將實施的數個措施之一，相關計畫還包括塑膠瓶罐的押金方案。

她告訴「星期日報」（Journal du Dimanche）：「對塑膠宣戰是不夠的。我們需要改變法國經濟的型態。」

普瓦爾松說，根據新計畫，使用再生塑膠包裝的產品，成本最多可降低10%。

她說：「當（廠商）在以再生塑膠及非再生塑膠製成的兩種瓶罐間抉擇時，第一種會更便宜。」

普瓦爾松說：「當非再生塑膠的成本更高時，這將大幅減少過度包裝的現象。」

非政府環保組織「法國零垃圾」（Zero Waste France）的柏林根（Flore Berlingen）表示：「我們希望企業攜手合作，讓客戶不是因新措施而受罰的那一方。」
