When used as a group 0+ child safety seat, the Kimi is to be installed in a rear-facing mode in your car by using your vehicle's own seatbelt. 【楊勝凱／高雄報導】首屆港都盃國際沙灘手球邀請賽火熱開打，身著兩截式泳衣的6支女子隊各有不少外型、臉蛋均佳的球員，但今在4強中華A與日本之戰結束後，大會突然向日本31歲可愛型球員中谷香織送上生日蛋糕，中谷香織雖然第一次開心在球場上度過生日，但也遺憾沒能拿下銅牌做生日禮物。

女子組4強賽後，場內響起生日快樂歌，中谷香織一度楞在場內，被隊友提醒後才愰然大悟，中谷香織開心的說：「很特別，這是我第一次在球場上過生日，但很希望若能拿一個銅牌來當生日禮物就好了。」

中谷香織生命中手球佔了絕對地位，除了沒有男友外，為了能隨時到國內外參賽，她現在甚至只能在飯店擔任短期服務員，以便於隨時都能隨隊出外比賽，她還特別交代媒體說：「這次來發現台灣沙灘手球實力很強，若台灣這裡有任何的比賽機會，麻煩請通知我，我就會立刻再來台灣比賽。」

三個月狂跌8.4％手上的人民幣存款該怎麼辦？

美中貿易從年初的摩擦，到7月6日演變為關稅戰爭，在美中貿易戰衝擊下，眼看人民幣兌美元從7月以來加速貶值，相繼貶破6.8、6.9元，三個月來新台幣已經貶值8.4％，台灣開始有民眾跟企業抄底人民幣，根據統計，台灣的人民幣存款，連續2個月增加。

中央銀行15日公布7月底外匯指定銀行（DBU）人民幣存款餘額為人民幣2812.45億元，單月小增人民幣0.73億元；國際金融業務分行（OBU）則來到人民幣316.68億元，月增人民幣5.89億元。合計7月底DBU及OBU人民幣存款餘額共人民幣3129.13億元，較6月底增加人民幣6.62億元，為連續第二個月走揚。

只是，以目前美中貿易戰大打得如火如荼的態勢，市場的氣氛現在都指向人民幣還會繼續再貶，現在炒底似乎風險太高，隨著影子銀行P2P爆發倒閉潮，地方政府債務高達40兆人民幣（178兆台幣）之譜，以及企業債券上半年違約165億人民幣，改寫新高，已經是去年9成，人民幣仍有貶值空間，甚至已經有人預期可能不到一個月的時間，人民幣就會破七。

從去年3月開始人民幣存戶已經被套牢

面對這三大灰犀牛狂奔出閘，中國央行再無升息本錢，未來恐只有降息一途，如此一來，人民幣已確立貶值趨勢，人民幣存戶勢必蒙受貶值損失，其實，自2017年3月存人民幣的投資人，已經在承受3％以上的匯兌損失。

再者，土耳其里拉狂貶後，現在也不宜炒底人民幣，在土耳其里拉10-13日兩天閃崩超過3成，拖累阿根廷、南非幣等新興市場貨幣倒地，連帶打擊人民幣8月16日一度創15個月新低，貶破6.95元人民幣兌1美元。根據台灣央行統計，7月份人民幣存款餘額3129.13億元，月增6.62億元，連續第2個月增加，其中，個人存戶比企業存戶踴躍。

人民幣／美元若貶至8元，人民幣存款戶匯兌損失8－9％

當新興貨幣市場如此動盪，投資人實在不宜進場摸底人民幣，儘管過去3年來人民幣／美元都沒有貶破7元，但最近主要新興貨幣狂貶，情勢危急，已有中國學者建議不守人民幣兌美元的7元關卡，再加上國際廠商、本土、外國資金大逃殺人民幣資產的趨勢下，人民幣有可能一路貶至7.5或8 元人民幣，到時候，人民幣存款戶將承受8％－9％的匯兌損失，不僅吐掉2.55％的利息，還會倒賠6％。

眼看著新興貨幣摔得鼻青臉腫，國際資金急忙流入美元避險，美元指數15日一度升至96.98，創14個月新低，因美國聯準會（Fed）自2017年來已經升息5次，共升息1.25個百分點，基準利率介於1.75%到2%，帶動美元存款利率節節升高，美元技術線型也呈現多頭排列，今年來上漲5.2％，未來具有升值空間。

中國可能降息，美元存款利率快追上人民幣了

反觀，中國和美國貿易戰開打後，中國股市今年來暴跌超過20％，地方債和城投債違約頻傳，民眾也背負沉重房貸，中國人民銀行（央行）今年3月份只有小升0.05個百分點至2.55％後，再也沒有升息，人民幣存款利率實在不優，中國對美國的利差優勢即將消失。

以日盛銀行為例，人民幣一年期存款利率2.55％，和美元、一年期存款利率1.95％、澳幣的1.65％相比，已經差不多了。若存戶為了多出0.6個百分點的利率去買進人民幣，肯定會遭遇人民幣貶值的冒險，0.6％的利差很快會被人民幣貶值損失吃掉。

相比美元指數最近一路高奏凱歌，最近半年大漲9.4％，人民幣彷彿過街老鼠，一路被喊打，人民幣從6月10日到8月10日連續8周黑線，短短8周人民幣就暴跌8.6％。

人民幣／美元這波下跌只是空頭趨勢的開端，未來貶破7的機率很大，因為中國不但不可能升息，極有可能寬鬆貨幣和降息，來解決三大隻「灰犀牛」危機。

羅傑斯曾警告中國恐遭破產纏身

早在今年5月份「大宗商品大王」羅傑斯曾警告中國已經是債台高築，等到下次問題爆發，中國恐遭破產纏身。在羅傑斯神預言後3個月來，中國一隻隻「灰犀牛」（顯而易見的危機）跑出來。

第一隻：中國人大財經委副主任委員賀鏗6月7日在北京參加一論壇時大爆料，中國的地方債大概是40兆元人民幣，但地方政府就沒有一個想還債的，甚至許多地方連息都還不起。

緊接著第二隻出來，從6月來逾200家P2P網貸平台密集倒閉，當初數以萬計的民眾為了6％－10％將血汗錢存進P2P影子銀行平台，現在這些投資人要不回來數百億人民幣本金了。

第三隻：中國7月初公布，企業債券上半年違約金額165億人民幣，已經是去年9成，逼近2016年全年的207億人民幣歷史新高。

這些灰犀牛狂奔而出，衝破了金融泡沫，預示著中國式金融危機即將到來，人民幣豈有不貶值的道理？灰犀牛是既存在的威脅，顯而易見，卻被視而不見。
